We establish a budget for your project that will determine the extent of work by carefully evaluating the cost of materials, products and labor.  After product selection, the scope of work will be confirmed and a comprehensive, detailed bid presented.  If the project costs exceed the budget, we re-evaluate the project exploring alternate construction methods and materials.  We handle all aspects of construction and remodeling including permits, weekly meetings and documented progress reports to turn-key your project. Our goal is quality craftsmanship and timely completion.

The key to a successful project is coordinating and managing all phases of the project on a daily basis. We personally supervise all aspects including sub-contractors, from start to finish.  This includes but is not limited to: daily scheduling, coordinating of tradespeople, craftsman and vendors, monitoring relations and communicating with property owners, architects, structural engineers, and most importantly YOU, our client.  Our staff is always available to answer your questions, address your concerns and discuss your project on or off site.
